Cosmic Cookies 2.0 Kari's version

I've been playing with this recipe for years. I avoid chocolate chips in the summer(for obvious reasons--think melting) and up the seeds when I have them in the pantry. Texture may change a bit with additions but the flavour remains stellar. They also travel really well.
